I've been working on some new designs for my etched copper beads lately. Here's one that I kind of like for a simple, overall design. Like all my beads, the design is applied completely by hand, which gives it a sort of imperfect, organic look. I think this one would be a good complement to my other beads which have more elaborate designs.

ReplyDeleteI just use liver of sulfur to get the patina and then tumble. I prefer not to use a coating because bare metal can always be cleaned, whereas coating wears off and looks bad after a while.
